Comes with beach gear (coolers, chairs, wagon) and baby gear (high chair, stroller, pack-and-play). 2-car garage and washer/dryer. LEGOLAND is 7 minutes away, with fireworks visible from the backyard on holidays.

A bright, single-level 3-bedroom home minutes from the beach with peek-a-boo ocean views. Three generously sized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open dining area for shared meals or game nights, with plenty of room to spread out. The tropical backyard has an organic fruit orchard, & BBQ, and you can see LEGOLAND fireworks from it on holidays. This is the upper unit of a triplex. Near Tamarack State Beach (just over a mile), LEGOLAND, Carlsbad Village, Batiquitos Lagoon trails, and the Outlets.

This place was ok.Wasn’t aware of people beneath us,lady was staring at us scared my autistic child .My cousin found the house and didn’t see about the air conditioner so we came from Vegas from heat to more heat,mother in law got sick cause it was so hot.Asked for some kind of air basically was told they don’t provide it, therefore basically roasted the whole time.For the future I need to look myself and they could of offered more fans or something.They have two bay windows beautiful view but with people beneath it makes it uncomfortable especially seeing someone starring at us privacy would be nice.We didn’t use any of the back yard they made it uncomfortable.Just for future guests make sure you read it good.🤦🏽♀️

Place was great for our family of 6. Clean, close to amenities and comfortable for our stay. Wyatt was very proactive reaching out, would book again!

Great quiet home close to the village with lots of things to do.

Great location and responded quickly, however the floors were so dirty our feet were black. The dishes were not clean film on glasses. There were spiders everywhere. My daughter picked up liquid bug repellents that were all over the house. Spiders on the floors and ceilings.

This place is absolutely stunning! We found Wyatt's place after our original place fell through last minute, and we are so glad we did! It is extremely spacious and charming, and the location was wonderful. The street it's on is quite busy, which can make it hard to pull out sometimes, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. There also isn't AC, but the provided fans kept us somewhat cool. Our room (the 2 full bed room) got the hottest for sure but it wasn't completely unbearable. It's super close to the beach and Carlsbad village. Overall, would absolutely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect for the six of us - very comfortable and clean, with plenty of space, with all the necessary amenities we needed. Wyatt was a wonderful host, and the location was beautiful. Thank you!
