This place was perfect for a local beach get away from LA for my teenage daughter and 2 year old. So many beach toys and we could easily walk there and back. We loved just hanging in the living room room and listening to the ocean waves.
Amazing place real close to the beach. Walkable to a lot of places nearby. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the area.
This home was perfect for a week long getaway! Stayed with my 4 year-old and our dog, great place for both. Lots of restaurants that are walkable and easy to visit the beach multiple times a day. When the beach was busy for Memorial day, the area directly in front of home was never too busy as there is no public parking. You'll have space for a vehicle to park in the garage, which felt secure with location on busy street. You can also fit 2 cars in driveway. A few mornings we could see dolphins swim and play from balcony. We found the leather recliners to be very comfortable for watching TV or the ocean. Quick drive to Legoland (8 mins) and dog beach in Del Mar (15 mins). The host was very responsive and proactive with providing check-in and check-out details within 24 hours. My family and I look forward to staying again!

It was incredible to be just steps from a great beach with all of the amenities right at our fingertips. I can’t wait to come back!
The location is excellent; beautiful wide view of the ocean, simple cross the road to the beach, walking distance to the town restaurants and stores. The house is full of amenities from the backyard patio area to the beach chairs and umbrella. We had a wonderful time with our family and no one wanted to leave the ocean view. Highly recommend and hope to come back again, perhaps they will consider a frequent visitor discount :)
We had a fantastic stay in this modern, well located condo in Carlsbad. The property was perfect for our family get together of 8 people. The location couldn't be better. Directly across the street is a beach access point. Wonderful downtown Carlsbad is a quick, easy walk. Rick was a great communicator. Very responsive to any question we had. We would definitely return.
Very nice updated home! It comfortably held our 3 families with 6 adults and 3 children. Photos are accurate and the backyard area was great as was the ocean view and location to the beach and town. Wyatt (cohost) was very responsive prior to our arrival and while there. We would stay there again and recommend.
