Our family really needed this trip and this house was better than expected! Wyatt was very responsive and quick. The house overall was wonderful especially the views from the yard and the front windows and sliding doors!! Staying in this beachfront rental was by far the best we have rented for over 15 years. We have always been short changed by other rentals claiming that they had everything you needed for your stay. With this house we had more than enough beach and bath towels, chairs, boogie boards and a full stocked kitchen! Except the living space could have used another chair or two since there were 9 of us but, we managed with the dining room chairs that could easily be turned towards the living space. Thank you Wyatt for making this a memorable stay- we will be back!

The beach is a 2-minute walk, with Carlsbad Village, LEGOLAND, and coastal trails all close by.

Great property beautiful ocean view. Great location for a nice lagoon or beach walk in the morning or afternoon.

Our stay was wonderful. It is what we expected. The only downside was the parking for the beach was closed off so we had to walk, which isnt bad but we had a stroller, toys, beach towels etc. so was not ideal.

A wonderful “home away from home” for our family! The views from this house are spectacular! The backyard is so great for relaxing and watching the water, the beach is close enough to walk to, and the beds were comfy and cozy. Clean house, quality towels and linens, kind and communicative host - Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Wyatt's home. Right next to the beach and a short drive to downtown Carlsbad. The house was spacious and very quiet. No noise from the train that I had seen in other Carlsbad listings. Would happily stay here again.
