Our stay was wonderful. It is what we expected. The only downside was the parking for the beach was closed off so we had to walk, which isnt bad but we had a stroller, toys, beach towels etc. so was not ideal.

A wonderful “home away from home” for our family! The views from this house are spectacular! The backyard is so great for relaxing and watching the water, the beach is close enough to walk to, and the beds were comfy and cozy. Clean house, quality towels and linens, kind and communicative host - Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Wyatt's home. Right next to the beach and a short drive to downtown Carlsbad. The house was spacious and very quiet. No noise from the train that I had seen in other Carlsbad listings. Would happily stay here again.

Wyatt was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. More importantly, his place was gorgeous and the view spectacular. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Great for family reunions!
