Great place! Perfect location, with easy beach access. A/C would have been a plus in August but there were plenty of fans. Wyatt was so helpful, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. In my opinion, he holds the record for fastest response times!
We had a great time. Location was excellent, we could walk to the village and the beach. We felt safe and loved being able to park in the back yard. Nice detail touches and I liked how notes and labels really helped. Great assortment of beach accessories. Looking forward to booking there again.
This place is great! We were able to park our car and not move it our whole trip, we walked to all our meals and the beach is right across the street. Great house, spacious and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. House was nice and the decor was quite busy and very dated. Most things were mismatched and considering what we paid per night, I feel things could be more modern and organized. My teenagers enjoyed the patio space, pool table, and hot tub.
Great Location in Carlsbad and the house had everything we wanted and more. Prompt and attentive service when we had questions. We will be back! Thank you!!
This home was wonderful for our family vacation with 4 adults and two children. The location is perfect and just a short walk to the beach. The house exceeded expectations. It has a nice large kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The home is clean and up to date. We enjoyed shooting pool, the hot tub, and making s’mores by the fire pit. The off street parking was a bonus and it felt very safe. It is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Carlsbad Village. We would definitely stay here again.
This place was just perfect for our family of 7. Our older two shared the queen room, our youngest three shared the bunk room, and the master was wonderful. Everyone had plenty of room to be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals while we were there, and the grill worked great. The hot tub was lovely after a day at the beach and walking around, and the pool table gave everyone something fun to do. The location was fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and 10-15 minutes from shopping and restaurants. We'll definitely be back 😊
The house was great. It was the perfect location for a family trip to the beach. Many local shops and restaurants were walkable which made the trip easy. Wyatt's communication and responsiveness was excellent.
