We just finished an incredible two‑week stay at this oceanfront condo in Solana Beach, and it was even better the second time around. The condo is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and stocked with everything our family needed. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves throughout the space was truly unforgettable. Wyatt was an attentive and helpful host from start to finish. He checked in to make sure everything was perfect and responded quickly whenever we had a question, which made our stay feel effortless. The location is fantastic with restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are all within walking distance, and the Del Mar Race Track is just a short drive away. Also, the Coaster train station is within walking distance. This condo continues to exceed our expectations, and we can’t wait to return again!

Wyatt was an attentive and helpful host from start to finish. He checked in to make sure everything was perfect and responded quickly whenever we had a question, which made our stay feel effortless. The location is fantastic with restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are all within walking distance, and the Del Mar Race Track is just a short drive away. Also, the Coaster train station is within walking distance. This condo continues to exceed our expectations, and we can’t wait to return again!

This is a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the ocean front views very much, and we slept with the sliding doors open so that we could hear the waves while we slept. The kitchen is one of the most well appointed kitchens for an Airbnb we have stayed at. Well stocked dishes and utensils, paper towels, dish cloths, pots and pans, and coffee! The home is as pictured. The washing machine was not working, which was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to arrange for teammates to help wash our son’s soccer uniform, as we needed them cleaned daily in time for the next day by early morning. Wyatt did arrange for our family laundry to be done through a fluff and fold service, which we appreciated. The other one item to note is that the spare bedroom lacks circulation, but there are many fans provided, which helped. We arrived to a fresh bouquet of flowers, also, which was really nice. The designated parking spot was great too, in the garage. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you, Wyatt!

This rental was beautiful! It was quiet but within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and CVS. Our dog loved the dog park and the dog beach as well as the pet friendly restaurants with dog menus. You could hear the ocean from all of the rooms and there were beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were enough towels for the pool and the beach. The water pressure and water temperature was awesome in the shower but the bathtub is not very deep so stick to showers unless you have kids that like the tub. Please keep in mind the washer and dryer are small and for very small loads only so don’t plan to do a lot of laundry. Over all my family and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Just loved staying at this beautiful condo! Everything was perfect! 5+++ I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and this one is the best as far as overall comfort, cleanliness, and feeling right at home. We were 2 adult couples and 1 small senior dog. Both beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked with dishes, spices, cleaning supplies, etc.. There were ample bath and beach towels. The space was large enough with ample space so that we were able to have a puzzle set up on one table, a mahjongg game set up at another table, and eat breakfast on deck table overlooking the ocean. The sofa and all the sitting chairs were also comfortable. The condo complex is well maintained. Short walk to Fletcher Cove to access the beach or to walk in town. In addition, Wyatt is an excellent communicator regarding check in and out. We hope to return soon. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything went exactly as expected with the exception of a dryer, which was inoperable. However, Wyatt‘s response both personally and with professional repair attempts was exceptional. Since the dryer could not be fixed or replaced in time, he provided backup laundry service, which was very helpful.

Great place with fantastic ocean view. We could walk to many restaurants and coffee shops. Easy beach access. The place was clean and beautiful, loved the big kitchen and was nice to have a large TV. Would absolutely stay again.
