The place was beautifully presented, and just like it looked in the pictures. Wyatt was extremely responsive, and the house was exactly what we were looking for to come in for a horse show for a week. We look forward to renting from you again.

Stayed here with coworkers on work trip for second year in a row. Home is clean and spacious. Wyatt is very responsive and helpful. Also allowed us to check in a couple hours early once house was ready. We will continue to come back each year if the home is available.

Lovely place! Modern, spacious, clean, overall great place to stay. Host was very responsive and helpful as well which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, a very good place to stay, location near restaurants, shops, ocean, house well stocked and very livable and the big plus is a very responsive host. The great room including kitchen is generous and ideal for family gathering. Close proximity to the fwy while not ideal, it became a non issue after the first night. I give two thumbs up for this rental. There was a minor thing or two, Main bedroom linen stained and had a hair on it, which was not a good start however , Wyatt took care of it immediately, was apologetic and I found that level of responsiveness to be very professional. Unbeknownst to us, heavy garbage bins were placed( in advance of trash service day) in the drive way and I had to move them around a couple of times, in order to get in/ out of the garage , its frame, which is ever slightly tight to maneuver 2 full size cars and there are no street parking next to the house in the immediate vicinity.

Wyatt was a great host. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.
