Great house. Open flow, plenty of room to lounge, yet all 5 had a place to wind down.

Great property with plenty of space for long weekend. Location near golf and Del Mar. Enjoyed the stay and look forward to a return for annual trip.

The place is undoubtedly in great shape and is a part of a seemingly new development. It was very clean. Great natural light and a small back area with a fire pit. No issues with security and felt safe. The place is stocked with beach chairs and towels, making it super easy. The host is very responsive and addressed issues that we had in our week long stay. On the more constructive side, the unit is closer to the freeway then shown in the listing. Road noise is audible throughout the house and in particular, the master. I really wish that would have been called out in the listing. As one reviewer said, you do end up getting used to it but traveling with a young child resulted in lots of wake ups. So would reconsider here if you have an infant. Other than that, you are close to downtown Encinitas with groceries and restaurants 5 mins away. As a last heads up, the place is minimally stocked with the essentials: aluminum foil, condiments, etc. So you’ll need to purchase as well.

The place was beautifully presented, and just like it looked in the pictures. Wyatt was extremely responsive, and the house was exactly what we were looking for to come in for a horse show for a week. We look forward to renting from you again.

Stayed here with coworkers on work trip for second year in a row. Home is clean and spacious. Wyatt is very responsive and helpful. Also allowed us to check in a couple hours early once house was ready. We will continue to come back each year if the home is available.
