The property was top notch, and we couldn't be happier with our experience there. Super clean, well maintained, great location, high-quality furnishings, and very well stocked. The location is great for getting around to everything Carlsbad has to offer as well. Our kids loved it as well. Highly recommended! If you are traveling with kids and considering staying here, consider bringing two large blackout curtains to help with the light from the sliding doors in the room with the bunk beds if they are sensitive to light. This fully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath coastal home is thoughtfully designed with a relaxed beach aesthetic and all the comforts of modern living. Everything is clean, fresh, and new, creating a bright and welcoming space to unwind. The large private yard is perfect for enjoying Carlsbad’s year-round sunshine, complete with a Weber BBQ, lounge chairs, fire pit, and cornhole. Ideal for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach. Beach toys are also provided for added fun.
Inside, the fully stocked kitchen features full-size appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee makers (Keurig and standard brew), plus a blender, toaster, pantry, cookware, bakeware, utensils, and a complete spice rack - everything you need to cook at home. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, electronic charging stations in both bedrooms and the living room, and thoughtfully furnished sleeping arrangements with a king bed, queen bed, and twin XL bed.
Extra pillows, linens, blankets, and towels are provided for a truly comfortable stay. Ideally located just over half a mile from Tamarack Beach and Carlsbad Village, the home is also close to the lagoon, LEGOLAND, The Crossings golf course, Carlsbad Premium Outlets, and less than a mile from the Coaster station for easy trips to Old Town or downtown San Diego.

My family and I had a great stay. It was a good location, close to the freeway, close to restaurants, near the beach. Everything was clean and my kids had a wonderful time!

The house was beautiful and seemed newly redone! There were great recommendations in the welcome binder and we were able to walk to the beach and the main Carlsbad square. There was even a wagon in the backyard, which was very helpful to haul the kids toys to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is just as pictured and perfect layout and size for our family of 3. Appreciated the available kitchen supplies, comfortable beds and updated amenities. Bonus that it was relatively minimalist so we didn't have to do any baby proofing for our little one.

We had a wonderful stay at Wyatt’s Carlsbad beach house. The place is in pristine condition. It was just as advertised in the listing and photos and had everything we needed including plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. We appreciated the book of local recommendations. It’s very walkable to the beach as well as to the Village. We walked everywhere we needed to go even with our 3 small children. I had seen a review cautioning about train noise and a dog barking, but we did not have any issues. The train is pretty close, but the noise was never bothersome and never kept us from sleeping. There were no noisy dogs nearby either. Overall, a wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend to any family wanting to stay in Carlsbad and we would definitely come back. It would be fun to rent the place next door with another family to be close, but still have your own space
