Rick’s house/home is incredibly cozy, clean, as soon I walked in, I felt so relaxed and comfortable, I felt like home, I am a handicapped person, I can not walk by myself not even a short walk, but at Rick’s house with that ocean view, I didn’t need anything else, ( I even asked if we can spent the stay one more day) but he was booked already for today😔 ) I am planning to return to Rick’s house soon, thank you Wyatt for always been attentive and always having a quick response, Thank you for everything, lots of Blessings to you! This is our 3rd time staying in this house and we just love it! It’s convenient, spacious, and comfortable. Easily walkable to the beach and restaurants. The private garage and back patio make it especially great!

Quiet, private and safe residential neighborhood. Excellent floor plan. The pool and spa are nice. Very clean and surprisingly modern. Close to shopping, a nice park, restaurants, the freeway and the beach. We will definitely return.
