Wyatt’s house was the perfect home base for our large group, with plenty of room for dining and relaxing in the large main floor and deck space. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Wyatt responded immediately when we accidentally locked ourselves out and helped us gain immediate access, which was so appreciated! The place was great , clean well appointed. Just as described. The location was amazing, so close to the beach. Quiet and sitting on the deck as just perfect. Beds are large and comfortable, and it has everything you need to make your stay great. Wyatt was very proactive with his communications and very responsive. All in all very happy with our stay.

This house is perfect for multiple families! There’s two separate spaces but also very nice community spaces for everyone to get together. So many outside spots to lounge and enjoy the weather. We were able to fit all 3 of our cars in the gated parking spaces so we didn’t have to worry about street parking which was so nice. Very close to the ocean (not particularly a beach, more for surfing). The beds were so comfortable and the linens were clean. The pool is small but it was perfect for our family.
