We had a wonderful time at Wyatt’s place. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and pictures do not do it justice. Excellent amenities were provided throughout the home and the location was perfect for my family. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The home was private, did not see or hear many neighbors and had a relaxing time. Wyatt is very responsive and available when needed. We have stayed at several places within the area and this was by far the best home with a perfect view.

The house and service from Wyatt were both exceptional! We chose this location to be close to the beach and easy access to downtown Carlsbad shops and restaurants. The house is high quality and very roomy for our family of six adults. We spent evenings relaxing in the jacuzzi and enjoying the private yard and patio. The master bedroom has a lovely view of the ocean and we enjoyed hearing the waves at night. We have spent a lot of time at Tamarack Beach over the years. We were sad to see and hear in early Aug 2026, strong swells eroded much of the sand away and exposed large rocks all along the waterline. We ended up going to Oceanside beach which was an easy 15 mins away, and perfect! We were a bit disappointed to pack it all up and drive, but the house had a great beach wagon and easy to pack beach accessories. We highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and equipped with everything necessary for a great stay away from home. It has a beautiful outdoor patio and conveniently located in a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping. We had a great time!! We’ll be back!

Wyatt’s home was well-located near the beach (walkable) and Carlsbad village (short drive). The home is spacious, gorgeous, great AC, well decorated with lovely, tasteful Asian furnishings and art. Note that there are two homes on the property-each with 2 comfortable bedrooms. Very suitable for 2 families or one larger family/friend group. We loved our stay. Highly recommend!💜

We enjoyed the place very much. Highlights Fantastic pool. Pristine water, perfect temperature, great backyard. This is what we came for. Spotless everything. Huge kitchen, great living room... exactly as the pictures. Super convenient Roku (to which you can add your own channels) in guest mode in the living room and bedrooms. High quality mattresses and linens. Plenty of towels. Wyatt replied to everything within minutes. Lowlights You can ear the highway during the night (traffic starts around 4 am). It's not very loud, but I'm a light sleeper. It's not really close, but I suppose the wind can bring the sound. There's an outdoor camera in the backyard in the direction of the pool.
