This house is perfect for multiple families! There’s two separate spaces but also very nice community spaces for everyone to get together. So many outside spots to lounge and enjoy the weather. We were able to fit all 3 of our cars in the gated parking spaces so we didn’t have to worry about street parking which was so nice. Very close to the ocean (not particularly a beach, more for surfing). The beds were so comfortable and the linens were clean. The pool is small but it was perfect for our family.

We had a great time staying for our kid's hockey tournament. This house allowed us to enjoy what Carlsbad had to offer as well as a place to recharge in between games.

This was the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. The whole family had a great time staying there and would do it again. Pretty much everything we needed was available for cooking in the very spacious kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone in the bedrooms too. Location was perfect for walking to the beach and not too far from downtown Carlsbad for shopping or a night out for dinner. Our host Wyatt was very responsive at all times and was very generous to let us check in a little earlier since they had no previous renters in the house.
