The landscaped backyard is an oasis with elegant outdoor furniture, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and ambient lighting for evenings by the fire pit. Inside, the spacious living area has a 75"" TV, and the private balcony delivers wave sounds and ocean air for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Every bedroom has a luxury mattress, and the primary bath has a spa-style rainfall shower. Heating and cooling keep it comfortable year-round.

Wyatt Anthony was an exceptional host! His beachfront home in Carlsbad is beautifully remodeled, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The ocean views, hot tub, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Wyatt was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

The Jewel of Carlsbad was such a great find! Perfect location that is close/walkable to the Village but not right in the middle of the crowds. The balcony has the most beautiful view of the ocean. I could have sat there all day. Also, the hot tub in the back is private to this portion of the duplex, which was a welcome surprise! The Host was SUPER nice and responsive. He even accommodated a last minute early check-in on our first day. We only ran into one potential issue with the garage door not closing, but he responded with the fix within minutes and all was resolved. I would absolutely stay here again!
This was our first time to stay at the Jewel of Carlsbad! It was a long overdue family vacation, the house was as described, clean, everything in the house worked, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. WOW What a view of the Ocean!! Easy access to beach and short walk to Carlsbad village. Communication with Wyatt was so easy and very responsive to any questions I had. We look forward to returning next year for another family vacation! The Allen Family!
Overall this place was epic. Location was perfect, comfortable, all the amenities inside. My only knock is that the AC units hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. There was dust and mold all over the vents and inside of two of the three units. I did raise it as a concern with the host who indicated his team would address the problem.

We loved our short stay here. It had all listed amenities, clean and host was very responsive! Beautiful views, easy beach access and the town is right around the corner as well. Added plus because they were pet friendly!
We had a wonderful stay here! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Home was better than described. The location was perfect, easy access to everything. The home was very clean, the beds were soft, the view was awesome, very nice place to stay and we will be back! Oh, and the host was the best!
