Wyatt was a great host. Very responsive, and kind in his interactions. Place was quaint, clean, and cozy. This is an older beach home, No central heating or cooling. Plenty of fans are provided. The home is well kept, with plenty of towels and beach chairs for use You can literally step out the house and within a few steps be on the sand. Nice to have the boardwalk right there for morning exercise. Highly recommend the place. Lots to do in the area.

My husband and I felt right at home and the place was beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Minutes to walk to the beach and food. Everyone had a great time! Very clean and relaxing. Pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen and patios were really nice for our family dinners and breakfast. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our trip!

This place was absolutely beautiful, clean, and literally steps from the beach. Our kids loved the location and that it’s close to Belmont Park and SeaWorld. Everything seas so great that we didn’t need to contact Wyatt for anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Plenty of space and right by the water

Fantastic location, very short stroll to the beach. Lots of options to dine or get coffee in walking distance. Having a garage that we could park a Yukon in was amazing. Sometimes the neighbor directly across the garage parked outside their garage which did make it hard to maneuver into the garage. I would describe it as a duplex more than a single family rental. There is a bottom floor that is a separate rental and you will be walking by them if they are outside on the ground level patio or hosing your feet off. The downside we experienced was the construction going on next door. There is no a/c so windows need to be open to get air circulation and they start pounding and cutting at the construction site around 7am.
