Wyatt was a great host. Very responsive, and kind in his interactions. Place was quaint, clean, and cozy. This is an older beach home, No central heating or cooling. Plenty of fans are provided. The home is well kept, with plenty of towels and beach chairs for use You can literally step out the house and within a few steps be on the sand. Nice to have the boardwalk right there for morning exercise. Highly recommend the place. Lots to do in the area.

Great stay in a cozy home, nice big rooms and living areas, as well as a large pool. Kitchen could use more equipment (large pots / pans, etc) but overall great stay

We enjoyed the place very much. Highlights Fantastic pool. Pristine water, perfect temperature, great backyard. This is what we came for. Spotless everything. Huge kitchen, great living room... exactly as the pictures. Super convenient Roku (to which you can add your own channels) in guest mode in the living room and bedrooms. High quality mattresses and linens. Plenty of towels. Wyatt replied to everything within minutes. Lowlights You can ear the highway during the night (traffic starts around 4 am). It's not very loud, but I'm a light sleeper. It's not really close, but I suppose the wind can bring the sound. There's an outdoor camera in the backyard in the direction of the pool.

Everything was great, save for the neighborhood, which isn’t very walkable with a dog due to lack of sidewalks. But that’s out of the owner’s control obviously.

Not a 4 minute walk to the beach! It’s more of a 4 minute drive. I was a little annoyed to find this out since I had my 4 month old baby with us, so it wasn’t as easy as I was hoping to go back and forth to the beach. It’s more of at 10-15 minute walk to the sand. As for the house itself, we loved it! It was very clean and super cute. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for us to use as well! We could potentially stay here again just with the expectation that it’s not as close to the beach as described.

We loved this house! It is such a beautiful and spacious area, with enough room for everybody. There are shelves, desks, and hangers for clothes. The kitchen is huge and spacious and full of dishes and even some cooking ingredients. We loved the pool! While we thought it might be too small to enjoy, it was perfect for playing and dipping in to relax! The neighborhood is great - quiet, peaceful with surfers going to the ocean, which is only a 2 minute walk from the house. The beach is lovely and swimmable at low tide. It is just south of Carlsbad which is full of cute shops and restaurants. Wyatt was very communicative and helpful, both before the trip and during. He responded quickly to last minute questions and clarifications which was so helpful. He sent the expectations early, as well as information about the surrounding area. He was proactive and quick in resolving any issues. If we ever return with a bigger group, we would definitely stay here again!!

Great quiet home close to the village with lots of things to do.

The only words I can think of that accurately describe the beauty is Heaven on Earth. With the glass railings, when you walk in the front door, all you see is blue sky and blue water. It’s Spectacular!!! The location is perfect for window shopping, walking the beach and finding a tasty restaurant all being 20 minutes to the airport. We enjoyed it all, can’t wait to come back😍

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our group of four and made for the best couples trip. The location was great, and we loved how private and peaceful the property felt. Having the gate added an extra level of privacy, which we really appreciated. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The host was also very communicative, helpful, and always quick to respond. We felt right at home and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Easy walk to beach and really quiet and peaceful.

Place was so spacious! Loves that there were surf / boogie boards. My daughter learned to surf! I would have given it a five star review if it weren’t for the very steep driveway.
