Place was great for our family of 6. Clean, close to amenities and comfortable for our stay. Wyatt was very proactive reaching out, would book again!

Great stay in Carlsbad! House was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. There’s even another Airbnb listing in the shared wall duplex that my friend and her family were able to stay in which worked out nicely for us. Everything was very clean. Our host was amazingly responsive, especially when my daughter left behind a legoland souvenir. They were able to help us get it back right away. I would say to be aware that the king mattress is very much on the soft side if you prefer a more firm bed and that the neighboring house was a little loud with cars coming and going/bright lights/noise through the night. I still would stay here the next time we’re in Carlsbad though! Just small things for future visitors to note.

This place was ok.Wasn’t aware of people beneath us,lady was staring at us scared my autistic child .My cousin found the house and didn’t see about the air conditioner so we came from Vegas from heat to more heat,mother in law got sick cause it was so hot.Asked for some kind of air basically was told they don’t provide it, therefore basically roasted the whole time.For the future I need to look myself and they could of offered more fans or something.They have two bay windows beautiful view but with people beneath it makes it uncomfortable especially seeing someone starring at us privacy would be nice.We didn’t use any of the back yard they made it uncomfortable.Just for future guests make sure you read it good.🤦🏽‍♀️

One of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of communicating with. The Airbnb was exactly as described and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the back playground for the kids and the grill faces it so the kids can play while you grill some food up. The hosts were insanely accommodating and kind and it was truly a magnificent experience. If I ever need a long term Airbnb again, this is absolutely the home I will try and book first. Thank you for everything!

​We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the great location near Legoland. The house is spacious with high ceilings, comfortable beds, and fantastic family amenities like a pack-and-play, board games, and a pool safety gate (though we were too busy to use the pool itself). We also liked that the property was gated for extra security with a family. ​However, we were disappointed by the cleanliness. The bathtub had debris, and the floors left our crawling baby's hands and knees black. Additionally, nearly all bath and hand towels were stained. We shared this feedback directly with Wyatt, as future guests deserve better quality control for the price. ​On a final note, the 10:00 AM checkout time feels rather early, and having the cleaner arrive right as we were leaving on time made us feel unnecessarily rushed out.

The place is in a great location, very walkable to the beach and the Village. The host is very responsive and easy to work with and the place is clean and in great shape. Our pup loved running around the yard.

We had an amazing stay! We traveled with our toddler and it was magical. We loved watching the sunsets from the balcony and everyone slept well! Wyatt was really responsive. Only thing to be aware of is there is one step in the living room and the primary bathroom (if accessibility is a concern). We’ll definitely be coming back!
