Wyatt’s house was the perfect home base for our large group, with plenty of room for dining and relaxing in the large main floor and deck space. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Wyatt responded immediately when we accidentally locked ourselves out and helped us gain immediate access, which was so appreciated! Thanks Wyatt for a great experience!

The place was great , clean well appointed. Just as described. The location was amazing, so close to the beach. Quiet and sitting on the deck as just perfect. Beds are large and comfortable, and it has everything you need to make your stay great. Wyatt was very proactive with his communications and very responsive. All in all very happy with our stay.
This house is perfect for multiple families! There’s two separate spaces but also very nice community spaces for everyone to get together. So many outside spots to lounge and enjoy the weather. We were able to fit all 3 of our cars in the gated parking spaces so we didn’t have to worry about street parking which was so nice. Very close to the ocean (not particularly a beach, more for surfing). The beds were so comfortable and the linens were clean. The pool is small but it was perfect for our family.

A wonderful “home away from home” for our family! The views from this house are spectacular! The backyard is so great for relaxing and watching the water, the beach is close enough to walk to, and the beds were comfy and cozy. Clean house, quality towels and linens, kind and communicative host - Highly recommend!
This house is very cute. It has the feel of an older cottage with modern upgrades. The rooms are comfortable and the a/c works very well. We loved the sunroom and access to the backyard. There was so much natural sunlight and comfortable surroundings.
Beautiful home and Wyatt was a great host who replies quickly. Had my birthday dinner here and everyone loved the house & pool!

Wyatt’s place was nice and clean and very comfortable! Listing looked exactly like the photos but it is an older house forsure with some minor cosmetic imperfections. The host communicated very well and was quick to respond to any questions we had. About 35 mins to legoland which is why we chose this place and that was an easy drive. Would recommend this place to anyone! Very close to grocery stores/restaurants.
This property was absolutely perfect. We loved the open and vibrant "West Coast" vibe. The house is in a great neighborhood, just a block from the beach, and it was so cool seeing the local surfers every day. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! 🏡🌊🏄♂️

This is our 3rd time staying in this house and we just love it! It’s convenient, spacious, and comfortable. Easily walkable to the beach and restaurants. The private garage and back patio make it especially great!

The house is clean and well stocked. It could use an extra blanket or two. It’s nice to have a brand new space!
Great house with amenities and 2 blocks from the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and bbq grill. Short walk or drive to Carlsbad village. Beautiful beaches galore. Wyatt was super responsive.
It was low tide so no beach access when we were there which was a bummer
We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the space had everything we needed to feel at home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire check-in and check-out process easy. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
