The inside of the condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only challenge for our family was the beach access. We booked this property because we believed it offered convenient, family-friendly beach access, but during our stay, the combination of high tides and the rocky shoreline meant we needed to drive to other beaches and search for parking each day. At this price point, we likely would have chosen a less expensive nearby condo had we known. There was also ongoing road construction that made getting to and from the property a bit more challenging and created noticeable daytime noise. I think adding a little more detail about the beach access and current construction in the listing would help future guests choose the property that best fits their vacation needs.

We loved our stay in this home in Leucadia! The location was absolutely perfect within the Seabluffe community. We enjoyed all of the community amenities (beach access, swimming pools, green spaces, dog friendliness) and the walkability of the location… we walked to dinner most nights at neighborhood restaurants. The layout of the home was perfect for our family of five and we had everything we needed to make ourselves perfectly at home. Finally, Wyatt was incredibly helpful and responsive. One of our best Airbnb experiences to date! We already booked a return trip for next summer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We plan to return to this lovely home on a vacation trip, sadly this trip was a family medical emergency. Location was near the ICU. When at the house we made sure to walk to the ocean side of the property and take in the beauty. Lovely for our tired worried minds. The home is beautiful and spotless, beds comfortable, kitchen was great for cooking and any stores we needed were within a short drive. Next time we will use the pickleball courts and pools too!

Wyatt was a great host. Unfortunately there is construction on the road that is directly in front or back of the unit that wasn’t disclosed There is a lot of noise from the train which shares the road that is under construction. But this is true for most rentals along 101. The actual decor and comfort was five star. Anything you could think of was provided.

Easy stay for our family of four. Great location - simple walk to the beach or to grab a coffee / meal at a local restaurant. Loved walking the local street (Neptune is so convenient to get to) along the water. Wyatt was responsive and helpful with the couple questions we had. Place had everything we needed for a great week.

Loved our stay here. Beautifully appointed and wonderful location. We enjoyed the most comfortable stay here which exceeded our expectations. Three weeks just wasn’t enough! Anthony was super responsive and helpful.
