We loved this house! It is such a beautiful and spacious area, with enough room for everybody. There are shelves, desks, and hangers for clothes. The kitchen is huge and spacious and full of dishes and even some cooking ingredients. We loved the pool! While we thought it might be too small to enjoy, it was perfect for playing and dipping in to relax! The neighborhood is great - quiet, peaceful with surfers going to the ocean, which is only a 2 minute walk from the house. The beach is lovely and swimmable at low tide. It is just south of Carlsbad which is full of cute shops and restaurants. Wyatt was very communicative and helpful, both before the trip and during. He responded quickly to last minute questions and clarifications which was so helpful. He sent the expectations early, as well as information about the surrounding area. He was proactive and quick in resolving any issues. If we ever return with a bigger group, we would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time staying for our kid's hockey tournament. This house allowed us to enjoy what Carlsbad had to offer as well as a place to recharge in between games.

The home is in a great location in Carlsbad so close to the beach that we would watch the sunset every night. The home design is unique and a lovely place to stay since it’s so close to several attractions within North San Diego area. The house features 4 bedrooms: 2 large bedrooms in the front of the house then 2 mid size rooms at the back of the house. There are three full bath but the master bath does not have a door so we had to lock the bedroom door if we need privacy to use that particular bathroom. We had some plumbing issues on our second night which took awhile to be fixed.

This house is perfect for multiple families! There’s two separate spaces but also very nice community spaces for everyone to get together. So many outside spots to lounge and enjoy the weather. We were able to fit all 3 of our cars in the gated parking spaces so we didn’t have to worry about street parking which was so nice. Very close to the ocean (not particularly a beach, more for surfing). The beds were so comfortable and the linens were clean. The pool is small but it was perfect for our family.

Wyatt’s home was well-located near the beach (walkable) and Carlsbad village (short drive). The home is spacious, gorgeous, great AC, well decorated with lovely, tasteful Asian furnishings and art. Note that there are two homes on the property-each with 2 comfortable bedrooms. Very suitable for 2 families or one larger family/friend group. We loved our stay. Highly recommend!💜

This property was absolutely perfect. We loved the open and vibrant "West Coast" vibe. The house is in a great neighborhood, just a block from the beach, and it was so cool seeing the local surfers every day. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! 🏡🌊🏄‍♂️

Conveniently located by the beach and legoland. Beach is walkable and legoland is about a 5 min drive. The home is divided into two separate units which is great if you have a big group.
