Super cute spot for my family and I to take a vacation! We were right across the street from the beach, a short walk to the village, and overall just a great spot. We will definitely book her again for our next vacation! Wyatt was always so responsive with anything we had questions about.
My mother and I came to celebrate her 80th birthday, and the house was perfect! The house is fully stocked, and in pristine condition, and the area is fully walkable. We loved sitting in the front of the home and enjoying the beautiful views of the ocean and people watching. Wyatt Anthony is an A++++ host and responded immediately to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place!
Great walkable spot with beautiful ocean view. Recently renovated older home. Looks just like pics. Lots of noise from traffic, loud motorcycles, crowds at local rental units, etc so if you’re a light sleeper, not the place for you. It also doesn’t have central a/c, just a window and portable unit that were pretty loud and drowned out the noise of the street traffic. Both never fully got the house completely cool, but it was manageable. You can hear the waves in between cars. Great people watching as the sidewalk has tons of people walking all day long. Beach walk north takes you into Carlsbad and there are gorgeous coastal homes to check out. Keep going you might even make it to Oceanside. House had a great kitchen with everything you need. Bed was comfy. All the extra stuff (shampoo conditioner lotion etc) which was appreciated. Wyatt was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.
Great location, nice place! Wyatt was very prompt and responsive, a great host. Our dog had a smile on her face the entire time. We loved the fire pit and fenced in yard!
This home is perfect for a comfortable stay in Carlsbad. We walked across the street to the beach, up the street to town and down the street for a great restaurant. Highly recommended and will make another visit to this home.
The house was clean and had most amenities you would need for a home away from home. We felt safe and the location is beautiful. If you are traveling during the hottest part of the summer be prepared for it to be a little warm. The main room has a portable ac unit but there are only fans for the bedrooms. It was hotter than usual for our trip so wouldn’t be an issue most of the year. Great space in the back for kids to play on scooters and front yard is very secure with grass for outdoor play. Overall a great experience.
This was an amazing place to stay. Location provided easy access to beach and came with a cooler, chairs, towels, umbrella. Everything was within walking distance or a short lyft drive. Patio was amazing to start the day with coffee and finish with a night cap. Definitely will book again. Thank you Wyatt and team.
We had an incredible stay at this Carlsbad beach bungalow! The location is unbeatable—right on Carlsbad Blvd, steps from the ocean and surrounded by fantastic shops and restaurants. The highlight for us was definitely the front yard; it’s one of the few spots where you can enjoy an all-day view of the beach with comfy furniture and a fire pit. It’s perfect for people-watching during the busy day, but wonderfully peaceful at night. Inside, the beds were very comfortable, and the space felt great. Huge shoutout to Wyatt, our host—he was amazing and responded immediately to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!
