Great location and home. Had nice time.

Rick’s house/home is incredibly cozy, clean, as soon I walked in, I felt so relaxed and comfortable, I felt like home, I am a handicapped person, I can not walk by myself not even a short walk, but at Rick’s house with that ocean view, I didn’t need anything else, ( I even asked if we can spent the stay one more day) but he was booked already for today😔 ) I am planning to return to Rick’s house soon, thank you Wyatt for always been attentive and always having a quick response, Thank you for everything, lots of Blessings to you! Rick was very helpful with answering any questions we had during our stay. The condo is well appointed and great for large family gatherings.

Great location and nice open family room and kitchen with beautiful view of ocean ! Short walk to beach. Was nice they supplied beach chairs and walk along with some other beach items. Close to shops and restaurants!

This place was amazing. It was the perfect place for a friend beach trip, many bars and restaurants were walkable. The house is just like photos. The view of the beach could not be beat! Would stay here again.
