A stunning beachfront home with sweeping ocean views. Unwind in the hot tub in the sea breeze or take coffee on the private balcony over the water. Entertain outdoors with the BBQ and fire pit, ideal for sunset dinners. Inside are new linens throughout, a warm fireplace, and heating and AC for year-round comfort. The garage is fully stocked with beach equipment, plus a kayak and surfboards. A 19-foot fountain anchors the backyard.

This getaway by the beach in Carlsbad was the perfect location for fun and relaxation. Located right next to the entrance to the beach and within walking distance of all of our favorite spots. The host was very cooperative and helpful. Nothing was out of order or to any surprise we were very pleased with the entire experience. So much space for activities and storage and fun!

Rick’s house/home is incredibly cozy, clean, as soon I walked in, I felt so relaxed and comfortable, I felt like home, I am a handicapped person, I can not walk by myself not even a short walk, but at Rick’s house with that ocean view, I didn’t need anything else, ( I even asked if we can spent the stay one more day) but he was booked already for today😔 ) I am planning to return to Rick’s house soon, thank you Wyatt for always been attentive and always having a quick response, Thank you for everything, lots of Blessings to you!
