    Overall, we had a really nice stay. The Airbnb was as described and had everything we needed. The beds were a little on the smaller side, and we did unfortunately have an issue with ants during our stay. That being said, the host was incredibly responsive, kind, and did everything he could to help make the situation better. He sent us bug repellent right away and was very understanding about the inconvenience. He also generously refunded us half of our money, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Aside from the ant issue, we had a good experience and really appreciated the host’s hospitality and effort throughout our stay.

    Great little spot for a small family. Cozy and quaint. Awesome location near a coffee shop, brewery, and some restaurants. There is one portable A/C that keeps the living room cool but the bedrooms were pretty uncomfortable in the 80 degree heat. Also only one of the beds was a queen but the listing said 2.

    Our family of 5 had a great time! Wyatt was very accommodating - even getting us in early due to our flight schedules. It was warmer than normal in Oceanside and within 24 hours Wyatt brought over and installed a brand new portable AC unit due to severe heat warnings in the area. The location was exactly what we wanted. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and obviously the beach. We felt like locals! Had a great time and enjoyed meeting Wyatt in person. We’d definite rent from Wyatt again!

    Great experience staying at this listing. The place was clean and just as described. Walking distance to coffee and a few restaurants. Was able to catch the sunset a few times.

    This was a great property for our family vacation. We especially appreciated the location. It was peaceful yet close to the beach. The restaurants across the street were an added plus! Thursday night we went to the sunset market which boasted five blocks of food and craft vendors! The mild Southern California weather made for a fantastic get away!

    We had a great time at this charming beach vacation home. Wyatt was awesome and the house was in the perfect location for a quick walk or drive to the beach.
