A beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bath home steps from the beach, with a dedicated parking spot, custom furniture, and brand-new furnishings throughout. Every bedroom has a Casper bed. The rooftop deck has comfortable outdoor furniture for taking in the views or a sunset. Heating and AC keep it comfortable year-round.

Beautiful central location. You are so close to the beach while also being very close to shops. Quiet street too , not many cars come down the street that don’t live there . Good communication and was able to check in early . Would recommend to others to stay in!
Great location and comfortable condo. Very clean. Nice rooftop. Garage on floor one- two bedrooms on floor two and living area and one bedroom on floor three. The train runs right in front but no noticeable noise. The stairs to the ocean just one block away.

Wyatt's place was perfect for our family vacation. The multi-level layout was great for the kids to have their own level of the house. The house is very close to beaches, restaraunts, bars and shopping. The location is perfect and very walkable to anywhere you would like to get in Oceanside. We stayed a week and our car did not move. Additionally, Wyatt's place has great access to the train station that has service to San Diego, LA and all points between. We would love to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay in this home in the future.
We had a wonderful time at this home! Everything is so close and convenient to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The house was very clean and spacious for our family. We will definitely be going back!
Wyatt was a great host and this home was a great stay! The place was comfortable and clean with all the amenities (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, extra towels, grill) we needed and more. The location was ideal, conveniently a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and train station in a peaceful neighborhood. There was plenty of (mostly paid) parking available nearby (even on a holiday weekend in a beach town) in addition to the included garage spot for 1 car which was great. Like other reviews state, there are quite a few stairs to get from garage/street level to the first floor with 2 bedrooms, second floor with kitchen, living area and other bedroom, and then more to the rooftop - not an issue for us at all, just for awareness it's a multi-floor layout and you'll get your steps in! Would absolutely stay here again!
