First off. Wyatt is amazing. If you live in the area and need someome to take care of a rental property CALL HIM. It was 88 degrees in the house (IT DOES NOT HAVE AC) and I have health issues. He went out and got a rolling AC unit and installed it in the living room making it much better. He’s a A+ host. The house is ok. Beach access is not super close. You have to walk through the neighborhood and across the freeway. The gates yard was great. It was clean and big and the furniture was comfortable. 40 weeks out of the year you probably don’t need AC, but 12 weeks in the summer it is ungoldly hot. Im grateful that they tried their best to help us and went above and beyond to bring a portable AC. But i wouldnt book during the peak summer months again. Fall through Spring I would book the house again in a second. The house is great. 4 bathrooms. Plenty of entertainment. Thank you guys for hosting us.

Loved our stay! They were accommodating. Only thing we missed is that there is no A/C! Plenty of fans to compensate however.

This house was absolutely perfect! It was beautiful, well stocked, and comfortable. We walked to the beach, went to delicious restaurants and were close to everything that we needed. Wyatt was extremely responsive, friendly and professional. We had some needs throughout our stay and he would get back to me immediately and take care of every situation. We highly recommend this beautiful beach home!

The home was perfect for our family as we were visiting San Diego to experience my brother's Celebration of Life. Our group consisted of my 92-year-old mom, my sister, husband and adult daughter. We needed comfortable and easy. It was both and more! The kitchen items were amazing! The beds were very comfortable. The living and dining areas were lovely. The laundry appliances appeared to be brand new - as most of the other appliances seemed to be. The outdoor space was our main area to spend time with many comfy spots! We loved the firepit at night. The proximity to trails and the beach were great. Even though the highway and bike trail was close to us, the fence provided privacy and when in the house, it appeared to be well insulated as we didn't hear any of the highway noise. We loved the house and we would love to rent it again. The only down factor was leaving San Diego's 70s temps to go home on Monday to 15 degree temps & snow in Iowa. What a great getaway!
