Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and equipped with everything necessary for a great stay away from home. It has a beautiful outdoor patio and conveniently located in a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping. We had a great time!! We’ll be back!

The place was great , clean well appointed. Just as described. The location was amazing, so close to the beach. Quiet and sitting on the deck as just perfect. Beds are large and comfortable, and it has everything you need to make your stay great. Wyatt was very proactive with his communications and very responsive. All in all very happy with our stay.

This beach house rental is a wonderful spot for a relaxing trip. We really enjoyed our stay. The short walk to the ocean is amazing. A small downside is the lack of central air conditioning. You should be prepared for warm days. Otherwise, it is a great choice. Wyatt was really helpful and a great host!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this Airbnb. The home was clean, comfortable, and having a private parking spot was a huge plus. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. We let them know that two kitchen knives were broken when we arrived, mainly so we wouldn’t be held responsible, and they replaced them almost immediately, even though we told them it wasn’t necessary. We also loved having access to the beach equipment since it’s not something most people travel with. Being able to request a playpen for our toddler ahead of time was another thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The home had plenty of fans, which kept the main areas comfortable. The bedrooms were a little warm when we first went to bed but cooled down as the night went on. It wasn’t a major issue, just something future guests may want to be aware of. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again.

Beautifully renovated home located walking distance to the village and beach! The front porch and balcony with fire pit was a great hangout while looking at the ocean! Definitely would recommend!

The property is wonderful with ocean views/breeze, the beach just steps away and indoor/outdoor living at its best. We look forward to coming back and enjoying the walkable beach community of Carlsbad. Thanks Wyatt for hosting us!

This modern place is beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with all the essentials for a great stay, including beach gear, cooking supplies, a BBQ, and plenty of towels. It is just steps from the beach with easy, convenient access. The downtown area is beautiful, and excellent restaurants and coffee shops are only a couple of blocks away. Plus, communication with the hostess was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
