Great location and responded quickly, however the floors were so dirty our feet were black. The dishes were not clean film on glasses. There were spiders everywhere. My daughter picked up liquid bug repellents that were all over the house. Spiders on the floors and ceilings.

This place is absolutely stunning! We found Wyatt's place after our original place fell through last minute, and we are so glad we did! It is extremely spacious and charming, and the location was wonderful. The street it's on is quite busy, which can make it hard to pull out sometimes, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. There also isn't AC, but the provided fans kept us somewhat cool. Our room (the 2 full bed room) got the hottest for sure but it wasn't completely unbearable. It's super close to the beach and Carlsbad village. Overall, would absolutely recommend staying here!
