Honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The home was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable, and SO peaceful. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, yet you’re still close to everything—including some of the best beaches in Carlsbad. We traveled with our dogs, and I had seen a few reviews mention that the backyard isn’t fully fenced. The hosts suggested using the trash cans as a barrier, which worked perfectly for us. We added a couple of chairs as an added barrier but Because the property and neighborhood are so quiet, our dogs were completely relaxed and never even tried to wander toward the opening while we were in the yard. The hosts were also incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything about this place felt easy, comfortable, and welcoming. We genuinely loved being here and would absolutely stay again. An exceptional Airbnb and easily a five-star.

Great place! Perfect location, with easy beach access. A/C would have been a plus in August but there were plenty of fans. Wyatt was so helpful, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. In my opinion, he holds the record for fastest response times!

This beach house rental is a wonderful spot for a relaxing trip. We really enjoyed our stay. The short walk to the ocean is amazing. A small downside is the lack of central air conditioning. You should be prepared for warm days. Otherwise, it is a great choice. Wyatt was really helpful and a great host!

Beautiful views! Loved the two large decks. The house is well stocked with toys for kids and Wyatt was very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great space for us as grandparents to take our kids&grandchildren on vacation. The layout is unique and fit our needs perfectly. The master bedroom is an en suite w/ a king bed. You can only access the pool through the slider in this bedroom. The master bathroom doesn’t have a door, which is unusual. There is a second bathroom, that the second king bedroom on that side of the house uses. Full kitchen. Plenty of cooking/prep space. The table didn’t have chairs for a family of 9. We ended up using the desk chairs that we found in the rooms. It worked out great! The other side of the house we used the fourth bedroom with double bed for the kids. Only issue was there is no air in the room and they were having a heat wave. The atrium was beautiful. The grandkids enjoyed playing there. We also used this as an area to wash off sand when returning from the beach. The house did have sand toys, chairs, ice chests, no boogie boards. Would definitely stay here again.
